Outdoor Training
Trainwithsolly began with personalized outdoor training programs, featuring a variety of hikes, runs, walks, resistance training, and exciting adventures. My initial aim was to motivate clients to enjoy the stunning local landscapes while engaging in effective workouts. Each session took place in a new location, sparking anticipation for the next fitness adventure with my clients.
As outdoor training grew popular in my community, my days became packed with up to six hikes! It was a challenging but exhilarating experience, driven by my dedication and hard work. The outdoor programs turned out to be a huge success through summer and fall. However, as winter approached, I recognized the need to adapt into the next phase of my training.
In Gym Training
Rewinding back to my days as a competitive athlete, my relentless drive had me training in the gym almost daily from the age of 14. As I grew older, competition intensified, I found myself working with several renowned trainers across Canada, acquiring hands-on knowledge about proper training. This experience, combined with the numerous clients I had trained outdoors, fueled my confidence to transition to indoor gym training. I sensed the beginning of something significant.
Within a few months of in-person training, my business began to shine, averaging about 20 sessions weekly. This period was rich with learning, relationship-building, and delivering impressive results for my clients. I was convinced that this was my calling and all I could think about is how I could expand and help even more people.
Fast forward 2 years and over 1,500 one-on-one sessions later, my dream to assist others in achieving their fitness goals had become a reality. As Trainwithsolly continued to grow, I started contemplating an online expansion to help others out there struggling in their fitness journey.
Online Training Plans
While performing in-person training sessions, I was also diligently building my online training platform behind the scenes. My primary objective for online training was to replicate the success of my in-person sessions. I knew I needed to not only create an unforgettable experience but also provide unbelievable transformations for my clients. I started creating hundreds of exercise videos to complement my online services, often working tirelessly into the night to ensure the highest quality in every aspect of the program. Gradually, brick by brick my online platform came together, leading to the launch of my first online plan.
Thanks to persistent marketing efforts and continuous refinement of my online services, it started to gain momentum. Six months later, a significant portion of my client training had shifted to the online platform. The outcomes were clear, my clients were consistently achieving exceptional results, validating the effectiveness of my online training.
Fast forward to today, the journey of Trainwithsolly is still evolving. Now, I trained a diverse range of clients across Canada and the U.S., each with unique fitness levels and goals. Knowing I’ve made a positive impact in over 375+ lives I wake up with a smile everyday. I'm deeply grateful for this journey and remain committed to maintaining the high standards of my programs. Hard Works Pays Off.
Earning the Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2022 and the Home Based Business of the Year in 2023 has ingrained a sense of accomplishment in me that will last a lifetime. Receiving recognition from my community for the immense dedication, hard work, and perseverance poured into Trainwithsolly is incredibly humbling and something I am deeply grateful for.
These achievements reinforce my belief that when you pursue your passion and invest your heart and soul into whatever it is you're doing, anything is possible.
